It's kinda hard to not hurt anyone's feeling when it comes to working in a team...

You care about this person but maybe you'll hurt the other person..or something like that..

I always look up to great leaders..

Leaders who 

• command but not demand
• are able to lead yet doesn't overpower
• knows how to build good relationship between those that they have authority over
• know what to say and when to say so that it doesn't hurt
• know how to win the hearts of people 

It's not easy to be someone like that

Commanding often turns into demanding

Having not use the authority given properly leads to overpowerring

Commanding, wanting jobs done, people not meeting up to standards yet at the same time needing to care about how they feel, what to say, when to say so that everything turns out fine...

Never easy.
