What does it take to be a good leader?

Yes, of course it takes whatever it takes

However I think that humility is really important..

If you're a leader that isn't even willing to listen to the people you're leading

I don't think there's a need for you to lead..

You may think that you're the best

yes, you MAY be the best

we bei dak lei to be in charge means that you do have what it takes

but if you can't even humble yourself and take in advices, ideas and stuff..

A leader isn't just someone who's the best among the others

A really good leader knows how to communicate

how to lead everyone to another deeper level

For instance, if you ask us to close our eyes and imagine..

yet you didn't even describe what you want us to imagine, what the whole picture is about..

How can you expect to get something out of us?

It's because we respect even thou we're of the same age

But some things just don't need to be said..

Watched a really really really sad show today...

Thanks to the teacher.. He even gave me a packet of tissue..*faints*

Can't we like watch "The day after tomorrow"?
