It's Thursday which means society day...
I saw a few of my friends dressed in super formal clothes and I started wondering..
Yea, like you won't...
Curosity kills the cat or rat, whatever.. anyway, i wasn't either one of them so I'm alive now...
I went over.. no.. I called my friend over.. summon my friend over? yea, I'll stick with call.. or maybe ordered... hm... k, retake...i mean rewrite.. I Asked my friend to come over coz I was holding alottttt of stupid heavy dumb dumb books waiting for my dad to pick me up at the bus stop... and he told me it's part of the activity in his society today...
What society requires someone to dress like some agent or salesman or saleswoman with high heels & brief cases??

COMMERCE society... How cool... I would love to try out... but i think I'll stick with my mass comm...
I don't think i have the guts to back out that society and even if I do, I would have to start all over again... giving good impressions... then slowly get promoted and stuff like tat..
It's sorta like building your career you know...
when you first start out in a society, no matter which, it's the same, you start out as someone new...
if you give people really good impression they'll maybe ask you to be committee for some small events and stuff like tat.. then after a few years or maybe one year if you do well.. you get to be in the society's committee, start holding more important posts, programme coordinator, and even president for some of the events and eventually the ultimate president...
of course there'll be quarrels la, gossips la, some people trying to take credit over what you did and stuff like tat... but if you're smart enough.. of course you won't be picked on...
Well, when you work you get paid and the higher your post the higher your pay...
It's the same here... but it's just marks instead of money..
Who knows what's gonna happen... You'll just have to do your best, be yourself and up, up, up you'll go... *********************************************************************************
